| The pros of being a part of our community is the family feeling of our work force. We try to make sure that eveyone who works in our building (or with us) feels at home.Or at the very least feels like someone is always there for them. Here at brentwood we strive for exactly that; to make everyone feel like family. From our residents to our employees all the way up to our employers. We still lmake sure to maintain a professional environment despite being so comfortable with our residents. |
Here at brentwood, we do not ignore the more negative parts of our job. It is a serious matter and everyday we try to make sure that oru workers are grateful for what they have while they have it. Despite that being said, working with us can take a mental toll on any individual. We care so much about the residents and make friends, even family out of them, that when their time comes. We canot believe it or don't want to. We do our best every single day to make sure they are happy and comfortable, but no one lives forever. So we try to all be there for eachother. |
